The conference brought together representatives of government authorities, as well as religious, educational, and public organizations from Russia, CIS countries, and the Middle East.

       At the plenary session, welcoming remarks were delivered by Mikhail Gryaznov, Head of the Fund for the Support of Islamic Culture, Science and Education.

       Participants discussed the role of religion in shaping civic identity, countering extremist ideologies, and preserving Russia’s multiethnic and multiconfessional unity.

       The conference agenda included discussion platforms and roundtables devoted to the theological and historical foundations of service to the Homeland, as well as the patriotic education of young generation.

       The event was organized by the Muftiate of the Republic of Dagestan with the support of the Fund for the Support of Islamic Culture, Science and Education.
