The event took place at the headquarters Union of OIC News Agencies (UNA).

Participants included:

• Evgeny Yeremin, Chairman of the Fund Council; Head of the Department for Interaction with Religious Organizations of the Presidential Directorate for Domestic Policy of the Russian Federation;

• Mikhail Gryaznov, Director of the Fund for the Support of Islamic Culture, Science and Education;

• Marat Gatin, Deputy Chairman of the Strategic Vision Group “Russia — Islamic World”;

• Asker Tapov, Deputy Permanent Representative of Russia to the OIC;

• Muhammad Al-Yami, General Supervisor of the Union of OIC News Agencies; as well as other representatives of Russian and international organizations.

       The meeting presented key areas of cooperation in the information sphere, as well as prospects for expanding dialogue through UNA platforms and the Strategic Vision Group.

       Participants emphasized that cooperation is becoming increasingly relevant in light of shared principles: respect for traditional spiritual and moral values, responsible engagement with history, and a unified stance against extremist ideologies.

       The roundtable also highlighted already implemented projects, including training programs and events conducted by UNA and Russian media. The parties agreed to create the necessary conditions for the implementation of future joint initiatives.
